Webs By Spider · About

A small studio, and the person who answers the email.

Webs By Spider is run by Bryan Wolff. It is a studio, not an agency — which means the person who reads your first message is the person who stays on the project until it launches. No account manager, no handoff, no queue.

What this studio actually does

Custom websites for owner-operated businesses — restaurants, clinics, manufacturers, contractors, law firms, gyms, shops, agents.

Built from scratch

Every site is designed around one business. Never a theme, never a page-builder, never a layout somebody else is already using.

Motion as the point

Film, scroll motion and 3D are the reason people stay on the page — not decoration bolted on at the end.

The price is published

Three tiers with real numbers on the page, and a full cost breakdown you can read before you talk to anyone.

You own all of it

The code, the domain and every account are yours. Care plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time.

147%MORE QUOTE REQUESTS · TREND CONTRACT FURNISHINGS, CLIENT-REPORTED

That is the number this studio is proudest of, and it is the only hard client figure on this site. Everything else here is either the work itself or a published price. When the next measured result comes in, it goes on this page too.

How working together goes

We asked three AI assistants what a build like Trend Contract Furnishings’ should cost

  • ChatGPT est.$65k–$80k
  • Claude est.$25k–$45k
  • Perplexity est.$50k–$75k
  • Our price$2,500

Same prompt to each, with the finished site as the example. ChatGPT and Perplexity re-asked 19 August 2026; Claude’s figure is from 29 July 2026. The $2,500 is what a build like this costs today, and the client reported 147% more quote requests after we made their new website.

Fair questions about a small studio

How big is the team?

Small on purpose. Bryan runs the studio and brings in specialists — photography, film, copy — when a project needs them. You are told who is involved before the work starts.

Where are you based?

The studio works remotely and takes clients anywhere. Calls, screen shares and email do the job; nothing about the process needs you in a room.

What happens if you are unavailable?

You own the code, the domain and every account from day one, and the site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript on standard hosting. Any competent developer can pick it up. That is deliberate.

Why is it cheaper than an agency?

No account layer, no sales team, no office. The full breakdown is on the cost guide, including what studios doing this kind of work normally charge.
